On our first call, we will share a price range based upon construction norms, and you invite us to additional conversations and visits from there. We want to validate our interest and build your confidence in the fesibility of your project.

Once you decide to move forward with the project, we’ll guide you through each stage of the process, communicating through disclosures, and ensuring complete clarity as we manage your expectations.
